Mcclure Joins Reschini Educational Group

Shawn P. McClure joined The Reschini Group in January 2016 as an Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Educational Group.

Shawn is a graduate of St. Francis University with a B.S. in Accounting and a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law. Shawn’s legal background will enable him to have an in-depth understanding of the laws and regulations that impact Reschini’s clients. His client service experience will allow him to continue to provide the excellent service and attention to clients that makes The Reschini Group an industry leader.

Prior to joining The Reschini Group, Shawn was a partner with a law firm in Pittsburgh, PA. He was responsible for the management of the firm’s commercial collection practice, including commercial litigation; the filing and defense of mechanics’ liens; foreclosure actions; replevins; bond litigation, involuntary bankruptcies; and other creditor issues. Shawn was responsible for the management of a nationwide collection practice for a number of the firm’s large corporate clients.

Shawn is certified in Creditors’ Rights Law from the American Board of Certification, and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. He was recognized as a “Pennsylvania Rising Star in the Area of Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy” every year since 2013. Shawn was a frequent lecturer to his colleagues speaking on collection litigation, judgment enforcement, and other credit-related topics.
